Dr. Azad Bose is the Joint Chief Medical Officer of NINCY, Cochin. He has got his medical degree – BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in 2010. He also done his advanced studies in Yoga from Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center, Lonavala, Maharshtra with C.C.Y Certification. His expertise includes treating lifestyle disorders, Yogic councelling, nutrition and diet.
Coming from a Naturopathy background, Dr. Bose has always had strong passion for Naturopathy. He further explored his talents in different aspects of Naturopathy by taking up unique challenges. His training and expertise with the wellness & Spa industry enriched his experience to set up and run different Spa centers in Bangalore. He has gathered rich, hands-on experience by means of earlier working at National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, Maharashtra. Dr. Bose strongly believes in motivating the patient to follow a strict regimen that brings about the desired well-being.
Dr. Bose loves Philosophy, Cricket, Football, Music, Hiking and exploring new places. His greatest strength in life is “Patience”, inspirational words in his life are – “Kshama Balam Ashaktanam, Shaktanam Bhushanam Kshama. Or Patience is the strength of the weak and the ornament of the strong.”.
