Yoga @ Nethaji places special emphasis on developing strength, endurance, balance and correct body alignment. This style of Yoga was developed to allow both a beginner and a more advanced Yoga practitioner to progress safely from basic to more advanced postures as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity in mind and body. As students practice the postures, the mind becomes focused on the actions of the posture and the movements of the breath.
